ADMISSIONS

At GNS, you don't just join an educational institution; you become part of our family. Our community is dedicated to providing you with an exceptional educational experience that goes beyond the classroom. Here, we foster the academic, personal, and emotional growth of every student.

Admission Process

To enroll for the first time or re-enroll, applicants must first meet the minimum age requirements established by the School's Board of Directors. Please note that from first grade onward, students must come from a bilingual school to begin the process. The first step is to complete the Enrollment Form available on our website () under the Admissions tab.

Once the form is submitted, our admissions officer will contact the applicant's guardian to schedule the interviews and evaluation process as follows:

From Early Stimulation (Garden of Dreams) to Preschool:

  • "Getting to Know GNS" Meeting: Led by the Principal and our interdisciplinary team to share the school's methodology with parents.

  • Psychological Interview: For parents.

  • Psychological Interview: For the applicant (Kinder – Transition).

  • Observation: (Up to Purple level / 3 years old) or Academic Evaluation (from Green level / 3 years old and up).

  • Speech and Language Evaluation: (Red to Transition).

From First Grade Onward:

  • Prerequisite: We only accept applicants whose native language is English or who come from a bilingual school.

  • English Proficiency Test: Before starting the process, applicants must take an English test. If the student does not pass this test, they cannot proceed with the admission process.

  • "Getting to Know GNS" Meeting: Led by the Principal and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Academic Evaluation: Please provide the student's most recent report cards/transcripts for this appointment.

  • Psychological Interview: For both parents and the applicant.

Once the observation and interviews are completed, each case is reviewed by the Admissions Committee. This committee determines the admission status or if additional observation is required.

The Admissions Committee is composed of: The Principal, Academic Secretary, Speech-Language Pathologist, Academic Coordinator, and the Section Psychologist.

Payment Options

George's Noble School offers families the choice between two options for school tuition and fees:

  • Option 1: The student will pay the standard annual enrollment and monthly tuition fees as set each year throughout their entire school journey.

  • Option 2: The student will pay discounted annual enrollment and monthly tuition fees, lower than the standard rates, throughout their entire school journey.

How can you benefit from the Option 2 rates?

George's Noble School has created a Lifetime Discount modality. To access this benefit, a one-time fee (as stipulated in our fee schedule) must be paid along with the student's first enrollment. This payment grants access to discounted tuition rates for as long as the student remains enrolled in our institution. Please note that these values vary according to annual increases authorized and supervised by local and national government authorities.

If you would like more information about our payment options and this year's current rates, we invite you to contact us at (+57) 301 734 5503 or via email at secretariacademica@gnsm.edu.co.

Discount Policy for Parents and Staff

1. Early Payment Benefit

Parents who pay at least one full school semester of all educational costs in advance will receive a 5% discount on the total tuition for that semester.

  • Note: This discount does not apply to enrollment fees, stationery, snacks, lunches, or insurance. However, these items must also be paid in advance to qualify for the tuition discount.

2. Sibling Discount

For families with multiple children, the institution offers the following special rates:

  • First Child: 100% of tuition.

  • Second Child: 10% discount on tuition (pays 90%).

  • Third Child onwards: 20% discount on tuition (pays 80%).

  • Applicability: This discount applies only to formal education and stimulation levels; it excludes elective courses, workshops, etc.

Terms and Conditions

  • Cumulative Discounts: Discounts are cumulative. You may benefit from both early payment and sibling discounts simultaneously, provided all conditions are met.

  • On-Time Payment: Discounts apply only if payments are made within the first 10 calendar days of the month.

  • Account Status: Parents must be up to date with all institutional services (tuition, workshops, lunches, etc.) to maintain these benefits.

  • Non-Transferable: These benefits are non-transferable.
