In September 2017, under the initiative of the Head of School, the Research Group in Pedagogy, Education, Science, Technology, and Society (GIPECTS) was established. Its primary goal is to dynamicize research processes that contribute to enhancing the quality of the school's educational model.

The group focuses on the following Lines of Research:

• Science, Technology, and Society.

• Physical Education, Recreation, and Sports.

• Pedagogy and Education.

This initiative aims to direct the institution's research development in alignment with its mission and vision. It operates in coordination with the national science and technology system, maintaining a territorial focus to promote knowledge management and continuous improvement.
